Q. WorldCat Dissertations

Answer

Wordcat Dissertations provides indexing of published dissertation and theses. Not all content within the Worldcat is available to other libraries.

The best option is to submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request through our ILL service (https://gannon.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html). If you have never requested an ILL, instructions for first time users are provided under the Logon to ILLiad button. The dissertation can be requested as a New Request – Book. Just copy and paste your information into the fields and hit submit at the bottom. If we are lucky, the library owning the electronic content may be willing to provide a copy. Unfortunately, obtaining theses/dissertations can be troublesome as many schools are unable to share the physical copies.
