Q. If I am a doctoral student at the RLA, is it possible to have the ILLIAD books I request sent to a library near my home?

Since I live no where near Gannon, the books I've requested through ILLIAD via the link on the Nash website would need to be delivered to my local library in Oakmont, PA. Is this possible? I have three outstanding requests at the moment for such materials online.

Answer

Unfortunately, our library's interlibrary loan department cannot do this. We can only have ILLiad books sent to our own library. The reason for this is that we cannot take responsibility for the Oakmont library lending out books we are ultimately responsible for. You would have to request the books through your local library's interlibrary loan department to get them sent there.
