Q. can i borrow a book from another school's library?

Answer

There are two ways to borrow a book from another school's library:

1. Physically go to the library and inquire about their borrowing rules, which vary from library to library, and are probably pretty strict. Gannon students and faculty have limited walk-in borrowing privileges at Allegheny, Edinboro, Mercyhurst, and Penn State-Behrend.

2. Do an interlibrary loan here. This is the best way, although we can't guarantee that the book you request will come from a specific library. We will get the book you request from whichever library where it is available, so that varies from request to request. Here is the link to our interlibrary loan system: https://gannon.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html.   You will need to set up an account the first time you use the system.
